I am so impressed by this calendar. It is absolutely stuffed full of products and it’s a great edit of some real heritage icons mixed with some newer launches. Also, it covers skincare, body care and makeup, so it’s perfect to get you set for the festive season.

I love the packaging. It’s so festive and fun and would double as the perfect Christmas decoration or centrepiece, and I love the way it is arranged, with boxes and drawers around the whole house shaped box.

I am also a big fan of the product descriptions and tips on how best to use each item on the boxes.

I think what’s great is that you get a full skincare routine from eye makeup remover, cleansing and toning, to serum, eye care, moisturisers, and masks. There’s also a full range of body care for top to toe pampering.

The Advent Calendar also contains some of my makeup favourites. The Clarins Lip Comfort Oil is an absolute icon, and we get 2 shades in this set, one of which is full size! I also love Clarins mascara and there are 2 to discover in here, plus a mascara-serum lash boosting hybrid. I can’t wait to try that.

There’s a great number of full sizes in here so I think this is ideal for Clarins hardcore fans, and also those beauty junkies that are keen to explore more from this amazing brand.

This calendar has a great blend of full-size and travel-size offerings across a really brilliant selection of different types of products.

Until now, I haven’t had the opportunity to try any of the Aman products, and I have to say, I am really impressed. It is all about serenity and tranquility which can be pretty hard to achieve especially at this time of year! But just unboxing the products for my video (see below) really sent me to a beautiful place of calm because all the aromas and textures are so beautiful!

The bath and body products are stunning. I have used the milk bath followed by the body oil and it left my skin next-level soft. I am desperate to try more.

I’m also super excited to try the skincare products properly as the textures are stunning. If you are looking for something extremely elegant and also different to your average beauty advent calendar, this is the one to go for!

My Review of the La Mer Advent Calendar 2024

This has always been one of the most stalked calendars by the hard core La Mer fans. It comes in exclusive limited quantities and the design is always beautiful.

The first year it launched, it appeared online and sold out instantly, so if you managed to grab one, you were very lucky indeed! The execution is always superbly elegant and beautifully packaged. The ultimate treat.

I love that they have made this a regular thing because La Mer are there at the top of the tree when it comes to luxury! The 2024 edition is their sixth Beauty Advent Calendar and it’s the best one yet in terms of value.

It’s pricey but so so beautiful and an amazing way to stock up on La Mer essentials, or to discover your new obsession. This year we get full sizes of the Lip Balm (which happens to be my ultimate lip balm) and also the very gorgeous Lip Scrub. They are a brilliant duo. Plus there are full sizes (15ml) of a range of La Mer moisturisers.

As soon as I saw the GAIA Skincare Advent Calendar, I knew it would be something special. The roots of GAIA skincare go back to Greek mythology and a natural approach to medicine. Gaia was the Greek goddess of Mother Nature.

GAIA Skincare is all about achieving and maintaining balance and harmony and making self-care a true priority. The products are designed to create a real spa experience at home and use natural skincare ingredients with certified organic plant extracts.

All the products I have tried smell absolutely amazing and really do transport you to a place of calm and relaxation. Each one contains the GAIA Elixir which is a blend of macerated and infused oils, combined with the vibrational and healing benefits of a Citrine crystal. Using the products is a very therapeutic experience.
