The Victoria Beckham Satin Kajal is the brand’s best selling makeup product, and also reportedly now the UK’s number one eyeliner! Personally, I absolutely love them and I know that many of you do too. There is another brand-new shade for 2024 called Linen. It is hot on the heels of the recently launched Seafoam shade. I have them all here to show you along with photos and swatches of the full permanent collection, plus limited editions. Enjoy!

The Satin Kajal Liner is a longwear, waterproof eye liner. The formula first launched when the the brand was introduced in September 2019.
Originally, there were three shades, Black, Bronze and Bordeaux, and since then many new shades have joined the collection across matte, shimmer and also jewel finishes. Keep reading to see all the shades.
The formula includes:
The latest shade to join the Satin Kajal line up for 2024 is Linen. Linen is kind of a statement I have to say! It is described as a true matte white.

Here is the swatch:

Like Seafoam, pictured below, this is a pretty out there shade. I don’t think I have ever worn a white eyeliner anywhere other than in the waterline, which is something I used to do years ago. I have certainly never used White on the upper lash line.
However, I actually think I quite like it. It’s looks very fresh and youthful don’t you think?

Here I paired it with a tiny slick of my REESON Lid Elixir and very light coat of the new mascara from Clarins.
Seafoam is a really pretty matte pastel green.

Here’s the swatch:

I think this will make such a pretty pop of colour. Normally, I’d avoid shades like these but I have to confess Victoria Beckham Beauty is really helping to open my mind. I thought I would hate the new EyeWear shade in Cornflower, but it’s actually gorgeous. Check it out: Victoria Beckham Beauty EyeWear Longwear Eyeshadow Stick – NEW SHADES 2024 – Review & Swatches
There are currently 17 shades across three different finishes; matte, shimmer and jewel.
There are currently ten matte shades in the collection:

I absolutely love the Satin Kajal Liner from Victoria Beckham Beauty, and is their best-selling and most repurchased product.
This formula is safe for the waterline and it’s super long-lasting, so that’s one of my favourite ways to wear it. Loads of liners don’t last too long in the waterline, but this really does.
This pencil is absolutely perfect for a quick eye look that will last all day. Even if you are not wearing a lot of makeup, a quick smokey eye can really make you look like you have made an effort.
My favourite matte shades are Cocoa, Black, Navy Noir. My favourite shimmer shades are Cinnamon, Bronze, Olive and Copper. My favourite from the Jewel shades was Sequin Green until they launched Smoky Quartz which looks really nice with my warm eyes.
I always love golds, and the Gold Lamé shade is super pretty but the pigment is pretty sheer, so that is something to note.
All the Victoria Beckham Beauty Satin Kajal Liners are very creamy, so I’d definitely recommend them for people that like more of a smudged-out makeup look (like me) than something more precise and graphic. No amount of sharpening will get you a super sharp line with these, and that’s one of the things I love about the VB Kajals.
I am also a really big fan of the Victoria Beckham Beauty Lid Lustre eyeshadows, check out my review and swatches here.
The new Spring 2024 shade Seafoam is available now alongside the rest of the permanent collection. Shop all the shades via the link below:
The limited edition shades for Summer 2023 were Sour Apple, Electric Blueberry and Cherry Blossom and were inspired by refreshing ice lollies and the bold vibrant colours of summer:

As always, the textures were creamy and smooth.

It has been ages since I tried any new makeup from Clarins but I was very keen to try the Clarins Wonder Volume Mascara XXL, as it is one of my oldest favourite brands and they always feel very dear to my heart. I have so many of their skincare products in my favourites. I am pleased to say that this new mascara is fantastic. Here’s the lowdown.

The take on this new launch from Clarins is that is it ‘not just a mascara’. The formula is packed with lash conditioning ingredients to strengthen and lengthen:

Volumizing Wax Complex (sunflower, jojoba & black acacia waxes) – to thicken, define and protect
12 hour hold
Natural castor fibre brush – with three formula reservoirs
Lash Boosting Complex – to lengthen, strengthen and thicken lashes
Here’s the before photo:

And here’s the finished look on both eyes:

It was love at first swipe with the Clarins Wonder Volume Mascara XXL and I have to say it has made an extremely good first impression on me. I absolutely love it. I tested it over a full day, with a Peloton ride thrown in, and it could not have performed better.
I found this really easy to apply, and I can have quite a clumsy hand when it comes to applying mascara, but this went on effortlessly.
The brush is great for picking up every lash and very quickly coating each one. It lifts and curls them really effectively, and one coat is enough for visible volume and length. It’s a really quick job.
The lashes stayed lifted and defined for the entire day, and every time I looked in the mirror, my lashes looked lovely and fluttery.

It didn’t smudge or budge or flake and it kept my lashes feeling nicely flexible, and they never felt stiff or crispy, even with multiple coats. It isn’t water resistant though, so if you have excessively watery eyes, this one may not be one for you.
This is a big win for me, and I am looking forward to seeing the future conditioning benefits that prolonged use should bring. Apparently tests have shown that bare lash volume can increase by 25% after 28 days of use. I will try to stick to this one daily to see what happens. Obviously it’s too soon to say now.
