I use a body moisturiser every day without fail and because, when it comes to body you tend to end up using a lot of product, I am always on the hunt for an affordable hero. I think that the E45 Daily Care Hydrating Lotion Spray is certainly one of those products. Here’s what you need to know.

This is basically body lotion in the can, and it’s so easy to use:
This is ridiculously easy to use. All you need to do is hold the can approximately 10cm from the skin and spray. Then you just rub it in and you’re done.

I love a good hydrating body product and I use one every single day, but I know that lots of people feel like they don’t have time to faff around with it. Also I know that lots of you get put off with heavy products that take ages to sink in before you can get dressed.
The E45 Daily Care Hydrating Lotion Spray solves all that because it’s such a quick, easy, and fuss-free way to moisturise your body in seconds.
This is such lightweight body lotion so it sinks in really quickly, but it really does pack a punch on the hydration front.
I love checking out ingredient lists because they tell you so much about how a product works. It contains Glycerin which is a powerhouse humectant and actually one of my favourite skincare ingredients because it’s so good at drawing in moisture and locking it in.
There’s also Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride which is a lovely lightweight emollient that helps smooth and soften the skin without leaving a greasy feeling.
The spray format is a total game-changer if you can’t be bothered with body moisturiser application. I mean, I can always be bothered but the ease of this brings absolute joy, it really does!

The delivery system gives a fine mist that spreads evenly so you can cover the main areas of your skin in seconds and then just smooth it all in. It feels super lightweight, it sinks in beautifully and it leaves my skin soft, smooth, and perfectly hydrated without any stickiness. And there’s no need to wait around before getting dressed which is always a huge win.

Absolutely! If you’ve got dry or sensitive skin, this is a brilliant everyday hydrator. It’s not heavy or overly rich, but it does really pack a punch when it comes to moisturisation, and the fact that it is even suitable for eczema-prone skin is impressive.
If you’re looking for a quick, easy, and effective way to keep your skin hydrated, this is a total must-have. The spray format makes it so effortless to apply. It is perfect for busy mornings or post-shower hydration plus it’s super gentle. I feel like I will always need a can of this in my stash, especially as it’s so affordable.
If you are looking for something on the more luxe end of the scale, that addresses skincare concerns like lack of firmness and skin tone, read, Joonbyrd Daydreamer Body Serum and Sunday Sofa Body Butter Review.
E45 Daily Care Hydrating Lotion Spray is available from £5.60 (with multi-pack offers available at Amazon) via the links below:

I am a long time fan of Milky Jelly Cleanser, so I was very excited to learn about this recent launch. I have been testing the Glossier Milky Jelly Cleansing Balm. Here is everything you need to know.

Botanical Oil Blend – to lift and dissolve makeup, SPF & impurities
Glycerin – to boost hydration and make skin more supple
Sugar-based Surfactants – for a non-stripping cleanse

Like most cleansing balms, this is really easy to use. You just massage a small amount on to dry skin and then add a splash of water to emulsify. You can simply rinse away, or use a damp wash cloth to remove for a touch more exfoliation.
Also, if applied on to clean skin, you can use this like a mask. Just leave the balm on for three to five minutes and then rinse away.

I love a cleansing balm. I think it’s probably my favourite way to cleanse, and seeing as I was already a fan of Glossier’s Milky Jelly, this was always going to be a hit for me.
When I first heard that Glossier was launching a cleansing balm, I imagined that it would come in a pot like the Elemis cleansing balms. However, this comes in a tube which I suppose makes it much easier to pack and travel with, and many will prefer this when it comes to hygiene.
And while I’m on the subject of the Elemis cleansing balm, I have just finished a tub of the Black Cherry edition and it was absolutely glorious. For more info on that, read: Elemis Pro-Collagen Black Cherry Cleansing Balm Review.

But back to Glossier which has more of a gel-balm texture than a waxy-balm like Elemis. I am really enjoying this formula. The gel-balm melts into an oil really easily and it quickly breaks down makeup. When you add water, it turns into a lovely creamy cleansing milk that feels soft and smooth on my skin.

I use a damp wash cloth to remove everything and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and comfortable. It’s an excellent first cleanse and ideal to use to get off the bulk of makeup and SPF before a gentle foaming cleanser.
This delivers on all its claims, so it’s a thumbs up from me.
Glossier Milky Jelly Cleansing Balm is £24 for 100ml and available now via the links below:
